Reanna and Tyler were the first couple to host their wedding at the newly renovated Hotel Nobo in Cascade, Idaho and boy did they set the bar high! From the perfect summer weather to the delicious food and great company, their wedding at this new venue was amazing.

All About a Wedding at Hotel Nobo
Having grown up visiting the Cascade/McCall area almost every weekend, I’ve driven by this hotel before it was remodeled and known as Hotel Nobo. I always thought the white building was beautiful and was so excited when I saw it had been updated! And the excitement increased when I learned they are hosting weddings, and that I got to photograph the first one there.
With the increased need for venues in the mountains within easy driving distance of Boise, Hotel Nobo came around at the perfect time. Nestled in the heart of Cascade, Idaho, this venue is an ideal destination for couples dreaming of a summer wedding in the mountains. Surrounded by the stunning scenery of Cascade and the Boise National Forest, this boutique hotel offers an unforgettable setting for both intimate and grand celebrations. From its gorgeous outdoor ceremony and reception space to its beautifully remodeled rooms, Hotel Nobo combines rustic charm with modern luxury.
If you're envisioning an outdoor celebration under during an unbeatable Idaho summer day, this venue provides the perfect backdrop. Located 1.5 hours north of Boise, it is easily accessible to both local and out of town guests. Plus, the convenience of a stunning venue also being the lodging for you and your guests is another win, there’s no need to worry about booking separate places to stay. Wake up in comfort, get ready in one of their suites, go outside and get married, then party all night and make the short walk back to your room. It was so convenient during Reanna & Tyler’s wedding that everyone’s belongings were close. When the sun started to set and the temperature got cooler, it was easy for guests to go grab some warmer clothes and keep the party going.
I also love the trend of making the celebration an entire weekend, and what better way to do that then have your wedding in a place with countless nearby activities! As their website states, they are located in Idaho’s “year-a-round-playground” with easy access to hiking, kayaking, boating, fishing, and more. If you’re a hiker, check out some of the best trails in the area. Or if you prefer to explore the lake, try renting jet skis or finding a picnic spot on a beach. Make the celebration an entire weekend and enjoy some of Cascade’s many recreational activities!
With activities comes the need to refuel with some yummy food, and Cascade has lots of it even if it is a small town. A few of my favorite places to stop are Reo’s Pizza (their gluten-free crust is actually amazing) and Thunder Mountain Burgers.
If you choose Hotel Nobo for your wedding venue, not only will you get married in a hard-to-beat, stunning location but you will also have the opportunity to make the entire weekend an unforgettable experience. You’ll get to stay close to all your loved ones, celebrate your marriage and explore a bit of Idaho’s outdoors. This venue was a perfect fit for Reanna & Tyler, and I hope I get to experience another wedding there soon!
